So I will never get a correct voltage reading, from the volt meter I installed......it will never go below about 31v .......is that correct ?....

O.k, Pressing the button on my battery, shows no green light at all, just a red on the 20% portion......the handlebar indicator shows 1 red light, meaning low battery.....the volt meter is showing 33/34 volts left in battery.....which is correct ?....in pedal assist mode two the bike is still...

Well, I've had a re-think on those mirrors......I've stolen this one off me moped, it's bigger, gives a much better view, and doesn't vibrate like those new ones.....I think they can go on the moped.......just been out "on test"....much better !!

Just wondered what the general opinion is, of these new handlebar mirrors......I have to say it is jolly useful knowing what's behind you at all times.......

I decided against mounting it on the handlebars, and mounted it instead on the rear box.....not perfect......but it works !!

Here's the volt meter, after installation, showing the battery fully charged.....it has an on/off switch......so cycle a few miles, check voltage......cycle a bit further, check again.....and so on and so on......

I've just got a seconhand Pendleton as well, and am very pleased with it.......as already stated Yose do have a battery that will fit, but you have to make sure you get the right one, as they changed batteries in 2018/19 I think..........

Yes !!......I've just bought a secondhand Pendleton, a "ladies" bike, but I don't care, it gets me where I want to go, and hopefully will help me back to fitness, after blood clot by-pass operations.......

Well, all is not lost !!.....replaced the fuse in the battery, all lights working, all assist modes working.......just been about two miles down the road and all is good......it's been a tense couple of days, since shorting things out.......to anyone thinking about tampering with their battery...

It says on the bottom of my battery.....Model : Demeter Spec : 8.7Ah/36V DC 313.2Wh .......there is also a barcode with the number D226718 C300CE1

Depending on the outcome of me short circuiting my battery, a new one may be needed, indeed, I may get a second battery whatever the outcome.......the thing is my Pendleton says on the frame that it is a 2018 model, however it would seem that option TWO is the battery I want.......it appears to...

Just ordered 10 on Ebay........fingers crossed I ain't done any other damage........
