If I was looking to purchase or some further info on ebike and I came across this add I most likely end up with a standard one or just buy a bike water bottle and start jogging. So anyone looking into electric bikes this add is Completely missing the point as flecc said.

Any idea what the battery voltage is? You could test it out round your area to see how many miles you get out of it before it needs charging. You will need to charge it up at uni before heading back home for sure.

It’s great for some peddling all the way but for most (my own opinion) no peddling all the way with a electric bike is the best:D but will require higher motor rating and battery power and will make it a lot quicker to the finish line without braking a sweat.

Frightening! its easy to get it wrong. My first lipo’s arrive tomorrow 3x 5cell 18.5v each will be connecting in series for 55.5v. I will be marking them say A to A, B to B as extra percussion.

I see in the US ebike owners wear full face helmets while in the UK they don’t possibly it may make them look silly.:eek: Do you wear full face helmet and what do you think about this?

I would think you will need to buy another one. My controller says throttle voltage 1.1 – 4.2v but when I test the voltage I get 5.2v You need throttle that can handle 48v + but don’t put me 100% right d8veh would know far better then me. The throttle you brought what volt controller did...
