For Sale Tongsheng TSDZ2 48v/52v Motor, Em3ev 52v Battery, Upgrades, and little use.

Might I ask which shop you got yours from and how much it cost for the modifications to make it reliable at 48v? I'd like to pick one up to convert a second bike but using my already existing bunch of 48v batteries so I can have family members join me out and about E-biking

Radrunner Cargo E-Bike? No, it's the new Fiido T1

That's really easy actually, Even with the Cyclone 3000W mid drive. You can tell the controller to limit max speed to 15 MPH When it senses that speed from the magnet on wheel and magnetic sensor, it backs off. Just means you can Chug up any hill at 15MPH while also not going any faster...

Radrunner Cargo E-Bike? No, it's the new Fiido T1

How difficult would it be to Modify this bike so it has the same 750W motor and wheel on the front fork? Should be easy enough to find a place for the second ESC and battery somewhere. Just looks like you wouldn't be able to fit the stock rear wheel motor between the front forks... Do they...

Help! Unused cells that are 12 years old? Any good still?

If that's true, Panasonic has settled upon a rather daft way of arranging their date codes to the point where you cannot differentiate decades. They are not that stupid are they?

Help! Unused cells that are 12 years old? Any good still?

Panasonic NCR18650PF with a date code of 0525 If the date code is correct and there has not been a change in the way Panasonic handle date codes then these cells were manufactured in 2010 according to here: https://eu.nkon.nl/blog/Panasonicbatterydatecode/ And here...

    Your Thoughts ?

If you go for mirrors, I read this while researching the 3KW Cyclone middrive " Mirricycle, best mirrors ever used. Tough too! " (Wierd, link is borked. Looks like the whole site is down... the forum itself works but whenever you try to read a post it breaks)...

Most powerful Direct drive Hub Motor?

Has to be capable of tackling those hills with not just me but a full load of shopping, and potentially a trailer. Kit arrived yesterday, but won't be assembling it onto the bike until I have everything I need, Still need the battery and charger.

Most powerful Direct drive Hub Motor?

Cheers! I went with this route Picked up a Taiwanese made Cyclone 3KW from here: https://www.cyclone-tw.com/product/6/data/17 Should be able to climb up any hill on the small 32T chainring And leaves open the option to run a small direct drive on the rear wheel, something of high...

Most powerful Direct drive Hub Motor?

Thanks! That makes a lot of sense, each pole can only generate so much torque so all you can do to get more is to spin em faster and gear em down. So geared hubs or mid drive are the only real options for serious hill climbing then, what would be the most efficient geared hub (not made in...

Most powerful Direct drive Hub Motor?

So I could have a Direct drive wound for torque, with an efficient speed range around 15MPH, and large and powerful enough to maintain 15MPH on a 15% grade? Keeping it in its efficient range uphill? Could any direct drive handle a hill like this efficiently if made for Torque over speed...
