it shows error on both stators. i doubt if its the connector.

I have an ecotric rocket. The display shows error code 10 (hall sensor from what I researched). I replaced the stator with one from an identical rocket that I know worked well. I still get the same error code 10. Any help would be nice. The display was recently replaced. but all wires are hooked...
