Hi i have worked out all the wires and added pics i hope this makes more sense: red/black=brake lever lights red/black/blue=horn+lights on/off switch red/black/green=front light yellow=battery red/black/brown=pas sensor red/black/green/yellow=brake light blue/green/yellow=motor...

The 1st pic is the motor cables, 2nd pic is brake lights and pas i think, 3rd pic is battery and something else, 4th pic is lcd connection. i have no idea what the others are.

So I'm getting 1.5v on the motor cables 1.25 on the Pas 1.5 on the LCD 0 on the horn. If it's possible to install a complete new setup I think would be easier. The motor is 10a 350w 36v if that's any use.

Ok I'll grab pics and label as best I can. With the lights there is 2 cables running from each brake which activates the rear light.

Ok so i think im keen to try a complete new electrics kit. Can you recommend anything that would be suitable for this bike as it has lights, horn and brake lights all built in. im not bothered about the horn or the 3 speed settings i just want the thing to run and be able to see how much battery...

So I've tried the new throttle and no luck. The bike is in bits and will soon be going to the dump. I'll be investing in a reputable bike as I have learned my lesson about cheap Chinese rip offs with there horrendous wiring Thank you for your help with this.

Ill try the new one when it arrives and let you know how I get on. My guess would be the lcd has gone as the voltage is so low on the red cable.

I've just about given up on this and ordered a complete new throttle lcd. I appreciate your help but other than replacing the LCD I'm completely lost. The only problem with the new one is that it does not have the blue wire in the middle of the red and black and is a push button rather than a...

Its showing 1.14

So I've done a few tests I think I done it right. It's showing throttle 1.14v Pas 6.25v and hall 3.79v I'm not 100 percent as these wires are crazy confusing.

Ok I will grab a meter tomorrow and try the test and let you know the readings.
