Thanks for this, any recommendations on the type of bike for 22 miles? I leave my bike at the station at the moment, would you say leaving an electric at station for 8 hours is. Good idea

Hi all newbie here! I currently do 7 miles commute to a tube station and then spend an hour all sweaty before I get to work. Ideally I want something I can do the full 22 miles for the whole journey to work, but at the moment just not fit enough to do 44 miles! Just wondering do you think this...
