Look at the speed on the screen? Is it stable and correct ? Try to change the place of the speed sensor. If it is too near of the magnets the engine believes that you go too fast.

The lack of power come from the torque sensor. Perhaps you can improve that by putting your feet off the pedals when you light the engine on (it does a torque sensor initialisation) If it's still weak, you need to do a sensor calibration...

Thanks a lot. As access to controller and torque sensor are independant, I go on with the change of the controller If the problem is still there I shall plunge in mechanic .. At rest my sensor shows 96 ; I can get 160/180 when pushing the pedal (I am french, sorry for all the approximations)
