Swap the Bosch battery and motor for bafang. I’ve seen it done on a cube bike.

£400 is a great price. The prices people ask for older/broken e-bikes are ridiculous. I bid £1650 for a spares/repair Nukeproof megawatt that I wanted to convert to bafang. It went for £2100! A new one is £3700. I thought £1650 was a high bid and expected it to go for £1500 tops.
