Wow! that's seriously cheap for a 4k Wi-Fi camera! Let me know how it works out. I would be particularly interested if there was a cheap Wi-Fi switch you could buy for it (would be great for kayaking)

I just bought two of these http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/131811747380 to replace a previous SJ4000 clone that I had. I've not properly tested it yet but it seems very good value for money for a cheap waterproof camera (I use it kayaking).

Would something like this do? Would probably be a fair bit cheaper (and more reliable)...
