    Q128C Motor

d8veh: "...but who knows what you get from BMSBattery?" My history: One silver Q100H Front had broken clutch springs (repaired), one silver Q100C had thick grease in the ratchet (easy), the last black Q100H Rear (Aikema) works excellent. I like them, here I have found how they look like: :-)...

    Q128C Motor

d8veh: "As a general rule, the faster the rotor spins, the more the specific power and the higher the efficiency. That's for motors of similar size and construction." Yes, Dave, that gives sense. Then I just wonder whether the "torque improvement" (or rather better efficiency at low RPM) of the...

    Q128C Motor

Thank you, Dave, for a fair answer. The idea (please correct me somebody if I am wrong) is that from motors of the same construction, voltage and weight, the highest efficiency will have the motor with the fastest rotor (regardless of the resulting RPM). This is due to best energy conservation...

    Q128C Motor

"By all accounts, the 36v 201 rpm and the 48v 328 rpm are in fact the same motor..." Are the other two versions (36v 328 rpm and 48v 201 rpm) realized by different winding or different gear ratio?

    KU63 controller circuit board connections

Although the updated table of KU63/65 pins would be practical generally, of course you do not have to do it now. I just need only one missing item to be able to simulate the LCD controller signal and feed the KU63. This is a simple info as e.g. "the green wire 1...4V feeds the ZF (?)" or any...

    KU63 controller circuit board connections

Hello d8veh (or somebody else), please again - could you add the PAS level input pin (ZF or other? = the green wire from the LCD controller) to your table of KU65 pins published here on Mar 25, 2014? Thank you a lot.

    KU63 controller circuit board connections

On older versions of KU63, the white wire "speed limit" pulled down the XS pin across the resistor R87 to the Throttle CPU input. They probably changed it - after 2014, they simply pull down E4. The pin XS still remains on the board unconnected, it can be used for user speed limitation changing...

    KU63 controller circuit board connections

Hallo d8veh, I found this thread very interesting, I highly appreciate your care and patience. Please could you add the PAS level input pin (ZF or other? = the green wire from the LCD controller) to your table of KU65 pins published here on Mar 25, 2014? Due to European restrictions I have...
