Cube reaction 500 rear rack choice?

Only issue I had was the frame mounting screws supplied were too short and had to replace with longer threads

    Saddles - for gents of a certain age . . .

I’ve tried a fair few and settled on a fabric scoop in the end . Tried several models from Evans cycles and returned them no quibble at all. Tried the specialized looked like it should have been comfy but wasn’t for me .

2017 cube reaction hybrid pro 400

I find with my extra weight and dependance on a higher assist level than the wife that were an even match range wise if i use the 500w and she has the 400w . I do try and use the lower rated 2 amp charger to conserve the battery lifespan

Hi trev , i dont have a wear guage but will consider getting one . It makes sense to replace the chain rather than cause wear on the block . I do have a plan C - knick the wheels off the wifes bike and hope she doesnt notice ;-) . Her wheels are like new and she rarely uses anything other than...

Tyres fine had a few punctures on the rear swarf and the tip of Stanley knife blade and a monster thorn . Chain and sprockets show no sign of slipping . I have took the slack out of rear...

Cube Reaction Hybrid 400 Pro 2018 on going review

Agree with the need for less rolling resistance after cut off . I have changed the speedometer from mph back to km as it seems to give a more accurate idea of when you reach cutoff and with a bit of practice I can keep my cadence rate just under it . I did remove the cut off briefly but found it...

    SO....this arrived tonight

You wouldn’t pedal far with assistance off trust me after 12 months I’ve weaned myself off turbo / emtb mode and use eco and tour mode now . Eco mode doesn’t do much probably counteracts the weight of the bike and tyre resistance but not much else ! I was hoping to switch back to a normal mtb...
