On the bms, what does b- goto and what does p- goto. I only have 2 black wires now so I am not sure which one goes directly to the battery and which one goes to the bike

yeah, i had the same thought as well. i looked at the level of the cameras they use in the regular cricket and they seem to use wide angle lens, which for budget reasons i can't use. But moving it a fair bit further down is a good idea.
