    Thanks for the response, I have tried that, also charging battery whilst on the bike.

    Raleigh Impulse 1 Handlebar display used to go through startup sequence after fitting battery, or pushing on/off switch. Now no LED display, battery is fully charged and reading 39.5 volts. Help please
