Cassette or freewheel kit or ?

When I built my rear hub motor MTB, I used a Freewheel kit. The original unpowered wheel hub was a Cassette type. It works perfectly, but the only issue was the Freewheel hub (wheel) was slightly wider at the axle than the Cassette version.

Can anyone compare these two bikes.

Dirt bike not E-Bike. I was using the o-ring/x-ring analogy.

Can anyone compare these two bikes.

I replace my dirt bike x-ring chain when the links become tight and/or the sprockets become hooked. Usually after about 30-40 hours of moderate riding. They certainly don't last more than 500 miles.

    broken cable help

It's hard to say, depending on your skill level and how damaged they are. I've used a thread file but he also used a Wheel Stud Hub Thread Restorer**M12 x 1.25**M12 x 1.5**M14 x 1.5mm 3 Dies to repair threads. You will definitely need new nuts, and each time you thread the old ones back onto...

    broken cable help

In post #3 the 3rd and 4th photographs both show significant damage to the threads on the fixed axle. I doubt that you will be able to tighten the nuts sufficiently, no matter how many locking washers, torque arms and split washers you put on, in order to stop the torque twisting the wheel out...

I'm not sure I understand how the spokes make a noise? Can you post a video clip from before you initiate the wheel turning up to the sound becoming evident?
