i can only tell you that recently we have no samsung s3 firmware upgrade failure reported.

not 100%, i was told htc has log file synchronize issues, and sony xperia access internal sd card issue. at least firmware upgrade problem solved that's the most fear problem because once upgrade failed it has to be sent back, for other android issues can be fixed via software updates !

at least the firmware upgrade issues was identified and solved, all of reported bluetooth issues were fixed, don't know tomorrow if new custom ROM cause another issues.

yes that is samsung bluetooth driver + rom problem especially on 4.x android, not only on samsung but some other brand such as sony ... on mercury android client 1.0.5 onward we have solved, but now we are waiting for jackhandy to test it on his both htc and samsung, so please wait for a moment...
