Where can I get the right tubes for the deep rims? The existing tubes have the car type (Schrader) valve but it's very long to clear the deep rim and still get a pump on easily.

Well, I've done it. I've ordered a 350w motor unit and a battery from Cyclone so we will have to see how long it takes to get here. It's to fit onto my Pashley TRI-1 so that I can haul my tools about easily. Hope it will do the job. Keep you posted !!

How much import duty is charged when importing an Ebike kit from the far east ? I am considering the Cyclone from Tiawan and it's going to cost about $900.
