You're a real piece of work.

Both my bikes have pedal sensors, I've never had a torque sensor and I don't fancy one. With the pedal sensor you can put in as much or as little effort as you like/want and the bike will go along quite happily. With a torque sensor, if you're tired the bike won't help you much.

That sounds like a fair evaluation of me. ;)

Thanks for the reply. Another question if I may. The Tourer's battery requires a key to turn it on, the Typhoon's needs a switch to be pressed to turn it on. Couldn't I connect them both and simply switch on whichever battery I was using?

Ironically, I need 2 new windows myself. Luckily I have a tame joiner who's going to attend to it for me. :) I'll persuade him to buy an ebike though. ;)

OK, this is just an idea but hopefully someone in the know will be able to tell me. I have a Kudos Tourer and Kudos Typhoon. If I wired the bottle battery from the Typhoon into the Tourer, would it work? It's an idea I have to increase the range and help the weight distribution.

The best way to describe my wife's Woosh or my 2 Kudos bikes to a new ebiker, would be to say, the bike gives its full power no matter how hard or softly you turn the pedals. However, none of this answers the OP's question. ;)

I was about to type out a reply about the 900% rubbish when I spotted your post? trex needs to slow down with his posts when replying to people asking simple questions. On my wife's Woosh with me riding it, the assist is nowhere near 900%. On the same bike with her riding it a measly 900%...
