Kudos Duke or Pedego Classic Cruiser?

That's just not right. As we'd say up here. ;)

    Torque or Speed Sensor

You're a real piece of work.

    Torque or Speed Sensor

Both my bikes have pedal sensors, I've never had a torque sensor and I don't fancy one. With the pedal sensor you can put in as much or as little effort as you like/want and the bike will go along quite happily. With a torque sensor, if you're tired the bike won't help you much.

    A technical question.

That sounds like a fair evaluation of me. ;)

    A technical question.

Thanks for the reply. Another question if I may. The Tourer's battery requires a key to turn it on, the Typhoon's needs a switch to be pressed to turn it on. Couldn't I connect them both and simply switch on whichever battery I was using?

    Sales figures

Ironically, I need 2 new windows myself. Luckily I have a tame joiner who's going to attend to it for me. :) I'll persuade him to buy an ebike though. ;)

    A technical question.

OK, this is just an idea but hopefully someone in the know will be able to tell me. I have a Kudos Tourer and Kudos Typhoon. If I wired the bottle battery from the Typhoon into the Tourer, would it work? It's an idea I have to increase the range and help the weight distribution.

    That's cheating!

Just say " aye, I know" They have no answer to that. :)

    That's cheating!

Indeed, I've said it a few times. Once into a headwind I overhauled a younger lycra clad chap and said. "Don't worry, I'm cheating, it's electric" His reply said it all. "Thank f***" he replied.

    Woosh - more dreadful service

Parcelforce are OK up here. Citylink, however! Their driver in my area is great, their office staff take stupidity to new levels.

    Sales figures

Kudos have sold 999,999 bikes this year. Woosh have sold 999,999 bikes this year. It's now 20:00 on a Friday night and both Dave Kudos and Hattie Woosh are in their offices. Sitting by their phones.......just waiting....waiting for THAT call. It will make them the first UK dealer to sell 1...

Low step through bike for elderly lady, advice appreciated

I bought my wife a Woosh Santana CD. She can't pedal so wanted a bike on which she could put her feet flat on the ground. She is taller than your mother but we had to change the seat post for an old fashioned straight post with a separate clamp which bolts onto the seat. The bike goes well...

    Does size really matter?

There's only one way to find out how good or bad a bike is. That's to try it. People on here have mentioned some of my figures and wondered if I lived on the flat or was just fit. It's neither of those. I just don't use calculations. I simply go out and play. I now know which hills I can race up...

Does an E-Bike make things too easy?

I recently took my non electric bike up to where my son lives. His place makes my area feel like Holland. Anyway, I did a small circuit which had long and plentiful hills. I was sweating like a hot thing after it but I managed it. Now, if I hadn't bought an ebike 3 years ago, I would never...

    Does size really matter?

The best way to describe my wife's Woosh or my 2 Kudos bikes to a new ebiker, would be to say, the bike gives its full power no matter how hard or softly you turn the pedals. However, none of this answers the OP's question. ;)

    Does size really matter?

I was about to type out a reply about the 900% rubbish when I spotted your post? trex needs to slow down with his posts when replying to people asking simple questions. On my wife's Woosh with me riding it, the assist is nowhere near 900%. On the same bike with her riding it a measly 900%...

    My first pedelec experience

If you're trying to climb a 25% hill without pedaling, I could sell you a 955cc Triumph Tiger. ;)

    My first pedelec experience

Hi Dave. :) Emm... Now I know you soft southern shandy drinkers think anything north of Watford is Scotland. :) Skint is in Manchester, which, while North of you, is way South of me. He's 221 miles from me and 246 miles from you according to my Garmin. :) I might need to buy a few extra...
