I guess I am really spoiled here, as the weather was about 80 degrees F. yesterday. A big change from the days I lived in West Finchley, London! So I guess riding here is about the same year round.

Sight unseen, I have ordered my first e-bike, a ProConnect-S . It will be approx 2-3 months before it arrives, but should have one of the first (I dont know if that is a good thing). Has anyone else (non UK) ordered one as well, or am I the lone member?

When I google the seat names from the Kalkhoff site, for the Agutta and Proconnect, I come up with nothing, therefore I have no idea what the seats are like.

I am 11 stone. Is the seat you mentioned the original that comes with the Agutta? Is it a gel seat?

Ken, Thank you for the info- you are right, the ProConnect-S does have different sizing, so would I then be better off with the 55" Frame Size? The next size up would be the 60", maybe too big?? I wonder why 50Cycles does not have a new page up for the "S" Model.

Which basic speedometer is recommended for a pedelec such as the ProConnect? I only need speed and trip distance log, but prefer something easy to read (digital) and preferably wireless. Is CatEye a good choice?
