Frank is correct. The 10ah battery the over discharge current is kicking in to protect the cells. This means when your drawing power from a huge 30 - 40 amp 12 mosfet controller the cells just can't cope. You need a much better battery like the Ping you have ordered. You'll have to wait...

Well as long as you get a slightly better c rate cell it's not an issue you just loose a bit if range depending on terrain. You don't need a larger battery. Just better cells. Most of the normal ebikes that use a 15amp peak could easily be made to draw a peak of say 20 to help with the climb...

I got my kit direct from Bms battery delivered for 150 built in a wheel Inc postage and packaging. Exc battery. Ebike kits in my head from china are dirt cheap.
