Upgrading the Woosh Rio from 36v to 48v.....or 52v!

I don't think that the display has a julet connector sorry! why not go with the ok feet one as it is only $5 more, and you would know that they would match. Or try and find a kd21c display for sale and leave bike @ 36v.

    Battery life and testing %?

You are doing the right thing m8 let the battery acclimatise/cool in you're man cave and put it on a timer charge 3-4 hrs when it has cooled its ready to be used again. HEAT is the main stress factor that a battery will not enjoy! I would how ever recommend a less powerful charger .

    Melting connectors

Heat to melt plastic is not good news! A wire that is 10 awg is at least 2.2mm thick and a triple cored wire is good for around 30amp. Any less than 2mm - 12awg with more than three cores you will be going in to sub 20amp territory. A 10awg wire 2.6mm thick with more than 24 cores will fall...

    Viking MT Tobin controller problem

Hi Quantums. Don't go cutting wires just yet! Am I right you have already bought a new controller and display ? They are both compatible except you are missing the main wiring loom that connects them together, try and contact vendor of you're controller and get the 4 in 1 lead for £6.90 it...

Problems running lowest gear with highest mode up a climb

I agree with Nealh, Easy to find out by looking at the chain when you're in the selected gear! The derailleur will be right back giving no tension and causing the chain to rub.

    Suspension Air pressures

Hi Lyndon, You're front and rear suspension air pressure are weight related, but you want a specific amount of sag-drop when you sit on you're bike! Chances are you could have them spot on already:) Tyre pressure is more of a play off between comfort v speed with a bit off terrain handling in...

    What is my range?

Cool! I imagine you will hardly ever need to recharge it as the battery will recover some of the voltage loss its self by the time you use it again.

Hi Slartibartfast, It's not cheating as you go further and faster;) with less effort. Like yourself I have more than one normal bike but they are seldom used since I got myself an e-bike.
