Want to replace Promax brakes on Wisper

Is it a disc or rim brake ? If it's a rim I suppose the real way to get a significant improvement is to fit something like Magura Hydraulic rim brakes HS11. They are designed to fit where Vee brakes were so they should fit the wisper OK. The only thing you will need to check out is that there...

    Which Bike Advice Please

If you like the Wisper and want a step through why not look at the 705SE ? We have one as a pool bike at work and it looks really good. I will be borrowing it this W/E so if you want to know more let me know. It seems to have all the same running gear as the 905 except the battery is a little...

    Cyclone in the rain

This motor unit is mounted under the bottom bracket and drives the chain just after it leaves the chainwheel. You can see it here Electric Bicycle Motor Kits from Cyclone-USA although I got mine directly from Taiwan. I've read quite a few times about people sealing the spot where the cables...

    panasonic drive folding bikes

Looks to me like a rear hub motor, so not the crank drive Panasonic unit we love so well. Be careful. Though that's not to say it's junk, just not what you might expect at first glance.

Pro-Connect - Problems with 36 Spoke Warrenty Wheel - Gears Slipping

For being seen try this Down Low Glow Plush Red Dual Tube System [DU-13] - £83.14 : Ridelow, The No.1 in Europe for Lowrider, Chopper and Cruiser Bikes, BMX, Clothing, Parts and Accessories I'm reasonably sure wheel reflectors are NOT a legal requirement but pedal reflectors are. If you...

    Just ordered from Taiwan

Ah, but remember it's a trike and there is all sorts of triangulation in the rear construction to prevent one rear wheel getting ahead of the other I do think re-setting would be impossible without cutting and re-welding. BTW went to see the sign man today !

    Just ordered from Taiwan

Oh dear, everything seems to be taking longer than expected. Still haven't got the signs done for the bike repair business but that seems to be going well enough without signs. Used the E-Tri-1 today in the pouring rain and it's still working after a good soaking so it looks like it's...

    London Freewheel

Yeah, really god day. We rode in from Bromley and there must have been 100+ on the ride into London. The ride kept on growing as we neared the Freewheel site.

    Just ordered from Taiwan

Sorry for the delay but it's now fitted and working. Not the easiest to get the motor sprocket lined up on the Tri-1 but after moving the chainwheel to the other side of the crank freewheel it's now lining up OK. Lots of power, I can't imagine a hill this combo would not be able to get up in...

Need a tool for the B/B please

This L/H side bottom bracket will not screw in easily, it needs a bit of help and I don't own the correct tool !! It's for an electric conversion that I'm doing for myself so that I can carry heavy loads without resorting to a car. If anyone has the correct tool for the job and is willing to...
