So I have done some runs with this new battery mostly on the Canal paths with 3 sometimes 4 setting of the five available. It cuts out charging at 41.2v so must not be fully balanced or the BMS is not quite right. So far I have accumulated 50 miles and is now at 36.2v. What is the best voltage...

It would be nice to be able to see what power I am pulling through the motor but my display is a basic DM03. I dont really want anything fancy but would like to see Amps and Watts readings. Any Idea's?

Was wondering if a dsub 15 would work. It seems they are more than capable of handling 36v 1a. Then a case of just wiring the pins needed. You can get waterproof covers for them also.

Yes I have flown RC too. I just seems to be a reasonable and feasible way to do Ebike packs too. Especially given the cost of these things! I would imagine for safetys sake too.

I was wondering if anybody has added balance ports on the exterior of battery packs. It would be good to be able to swap a Active 100balance module to various packs to save opening the packs up?
