    The 26" wheel is a bit smaller than a 700C .. which by luck is a good thing, as it means the stand wot they have in stock is a bit tall. Remove rubber feet from stand.. cut a bit off each leg with your trusty hacksaw, push feet back on Sorted. Can even do it the techie way and measure, lol

    Is it the battery.. is it the lights I suppose that 'normally' speaking as the charge of a pack is directly related to cell voltage then measuring the total battery voltage with a seperate volt meter could provide a clue

    Yes in theory, as well as adjusting the max speed up (providing the software has not been modded away from stock).. However, adjusting the settings is only part of it, the controller it self may need convincing to supply the additional current to achieve whats been asked for that's above 'normal'
