Mine weighs about the same..maybe a k heavier..i grab it as low down the seat post has i can with one hand.... other near the top of front sus..a sharp intake of breath an over it goes.....just about..:)...nice bike^^

Hey mike..bought mine from martins at ebikeshop..about 150 miles away...no way im taking it back down there for a service...very nervous handing the beast over this dude..he done top job though...mine about 9 months old as well..bought it last october....an good luck with 50 cycles....

Local bike shop ..ec cycles...Merthyr S.Wales...been around for years...will have no problem when next service due...seem to know they stuff....

Just had one fitted to my bike mr ping...looks exactly the same as that...£23.50...also had new cassette an chain..plus he tightened up whatever needed tightning...altogether..came to £113....he didn,t charge for labour...made his money on the parts i should imagine...cassette was £50..ebike...

I take it you haven,t weighed in a couple of grand for a very large door stopper then..be quiet.

So glad im not in your guys shoes..their bikes an after sales service sounds appauling....im glad some of you are taking legal action against them..bit of luck..50 cycles an their shitty way of doing business...i hope they get busted for every penny they got...good luck folks.
