How's the Bank Holiday weather where you live.

Dry in Trowbridge. I'd planned to head out for a ride this afternoon to Milk Hill (highest peak in Wiltshire), but rain has been forecast since yesterday. Just checked again and the forecast has improved, so fingers crossed...

    G-tech bike,has anyone seen a proper test

What's the point if all it's doing is charging a lithium battery? The battery is still needed because the fuel cell cannot deliver enough peak power. Just goes to show that with all their faults, hydrogen fuel cells are nowhere near capable for this application. EDIT: Maybe on a highly aero'd...

    The Wiltshire White Horse Challenge

Most of you are probably aware of the existence of white chalk horses, cut into the landscape that are scattered around Britain. There are currently 16 still visible, of which eight are situated in Wiltshire. http://wiltshirewhitehorses.org.uk/map.html I estimate that a circular route visiting...

    G-tech bike,has anyone seen a proper test

I finally got round to watching the ad on YouTube (haven't seen it on TV yet and I've got Sky) and it was bloody awful. I'm not sure if I'm the target demographic (I'm 36, so just about middle aged) but for me the ad failed to convey the most appealing aspect of ebikes - FUN! Maybe my idea of...

Pedelecs frum makes me feel sick

I bet your underwear is sorted by colour, then style, then grouped into daily allotments with an excess allocation for 'unforeseen circumstances'. You should really learn to "live and let live".

    pedelecs banned from UK event...

Have you asked BHF if illegal bikes were a consideration in regards to the decision? If not, surely you ought to.

Ooh yes, I agree. A handlebar mirror would have been on my list had I remembered.

eMTB owners photo and ride thread.

As does self-righteousness and a sense of superiority. EDIT: Deleting or editing posts without marking as an edit makes a thread confusing to read and destroys the linearity and flow of a discussion. Another practice that really gets my goat is to edit an earlier post AFTER a response has been...

That's the sort of thing. You need to consider how you will integrate one into your bike before taking the plunge though. Also, pay attention to the operating voltage and be sure that it will work with your battery, else you might need an additional DC-DC converter to power it.

Are trikes allowed to be dIscussed.

I find it concerning that such a question should have to be asked, but maybe not surprising considering the self-appointed policing that seems to be occuring on this forum lately.

And that's cool, but there's no rule as far as I know to say that others can't or shouldn't.

I don't know about anyone else, but I quite enjoy all three. Not all at once though.

+1 Bought a helmet from them a few months ago and it was delivered from Germany to the UK in four days. Cheapest price I could find too.

Coban GPS303E: http://www.coban.net/html/2013/12/26/2013122605122346071832.html I'm not even sure if they're in production anymore, which is a shame since they're one of the only GPS trackers built especially for EV's and work on a wide voltage range (12-80v if I remember correctly).

    Bl00dy Bugs!

I find bugs in the eyes worse than in the mouth, so I bought this Uvex City V helmet to help:

That did make me laugh. I was focusing on bike related points, but as I didn't specify, anything goes I guess.
