Aahh, right-o, looks like it's possible then, just need to decide to buy or to build. Like your designs flecc and there's a spare stepladder sitting out on the veranda.

Just wondered if anyone has tried towing a trailer behind their e-bike, bought or home made. Any views on whether this is a good idea or not?.......Keith

I have suddenly realised that we live, I think, in different St Leonards. Mine is St Leonards on Sea nr. Hastings yours is I think is somewhere else, rather a shame but I may make it to yours one day!!!

Hi Steve, also in St Leonards just north of the station, has your bike arrived yet? Finding it quite a learning curve on mine but getting more used to it, at least the weather is a bit drier and warmer now. Let me know if you're ever in need of a coffee we could get together and discuss e-bike...

Currently renting a Raleigh Captus from the East Sussex Pedal Power Scheme, takes a bit of getting used to but gradually tackling the hills in and around Hastings and St Leonards. The scheme seems pretty good as I can hire for six months and then if I decide to buy all the rental will be taken...
