Thanks for all help and answers looks like £225 for new battery and lesson learned

So i dismantled battery and no other buttons inside. The problem is with battery as i borrowed my ex wifes battery for same bike and mine came to life. looks like i may have to go to professional to try and resolve problem or buy new battery

Yup unfortunately no other button to press not even on side battery compartment

no idea what any of that is?

Battery is 5 pin but only cables going to two of them

No idea what that is I'm afraid. It has an onn and off toggle switch . I opened it up and there is a fuse but it is intact .

will double check voltmeter when pal comes home. it was out in the shed with full battery in january so approx 6.5 months and not quite outer hemisphere lol

Battery has full charge as far as i can tell and put rocker switch to on but pressing power button on handlebar control does nothing where as it normaly runs a self check.PS how do you wake up battery?

Hi guys & girls , i have a quick question about my carerra cross-city e bike. all was working when i put it away for winter. I brought it out and put the battery on charge until green light came on charger approx 7 hours. my bike won't power up any ideas? i have a neighbour bringing voltmeter...
