Jerry, how would you find the wheelpro book from a point of view of someone who has already built a couple wheels? I have recently been tempted to buy it but not sure if it will help or there is anything else it could tell me other than more practice of the same needed.

To get the same spoke gauge you are better measuring the spoke diameter, then order with matching nipples. i.e cycleclinic or tiller cycles or ebay.

You can, I do but ensure the batteries are not still connected in series and are totally separate first. Also make sure the batteries are about the same voltage too when connecting. Charging to 4.15v is what I do too. What power supply you using? I could do with one with a bit more power.

It depends on whether the holes on both sides of the motors flanges are the on the same diameter. If they are then the spokes will probably be 2mm different in length, however like the 8fun cst motor which has the holes 2mm difference in diameter from one flange side to the other those spokes...

Chargers for 36v batteries maybe? What were the previous batteries which charged ok?

I know this won't speed up the charge time but I'm sure you can increase the 120 min at a time charge time in the settings so you don't have to keep restarting it charging every 2 hours which would help a bit

You can charge both 6s packs together on one charger using one of these parallel balance boards, choosing one which matches the connectors on your battery. It does take longer to charge though and the batteries must both be disconnected from each other and totally seperate before connecting to...
