I think you may be right Woosh, it’s interesting that a company ceases trading, lays off staff, closes its website, announces that a liquidation is imminent, then days later have still not actually liquidated. It seems that a restructuring deal maybe going on behind closed doors. Let’s hope...

It’s very tough, about 4000 people will be effected by losing their warranty and many more who need maintenance on bikes over 2 years old. However many of the parts are generic and generally available. If anyone has a problem, we would be pleased to help. All the best, David

Currently it’s only the building and depending on where we build the bikes, up to 40% of the parts that been been effected by the current round of protectionism. It’s likely that the follow through (as it was on standard bike)is that the all parts of I’ll be effected.

Sadly today FreeGo Electric Bikes have announced that they have ceased trading and will liquidate. Southampton based FreeGo have been selling good, no nonsense, value ebikes for nearly ten years. It’s such a shame that this entry level brand who have been many people’s introduction to ebikes...
