Is the BMS working OK ?

Interesting that one cell bank is down to 0V but the BMS seems to assume nothing is wrong.

If the pack was built as is recommended, with all cells from the same batch, then if one or more has failed, its liklely there are others very close to failure too. So the voltages of the cell banks are 3.6 4.0 3.7 0 4.1 4.1 4.0 4.1 4.1 4.1

I did the same, first positioned the magnet with a bit of double sided tape. Adjusted position so that it switched correctly. Then drilled a pilot hole throught the hole in the centre of the magnet and secured it with a small self tapping screw.

Also on the newer Swytch kit the 'Max' battery is 5Ahr, which may not provide enough range for some. There have been a few posts on here asking about how to add additional non Swytch batteries for longer range. No-one seems to have managed that hack yet.
