Hi Andrew, this is a strange one, I will contact Support for you. Just to check, the bike was working well with no loss of power with more than one bar up then it simply stopped the LCD went blank. When the bike was recharged the problem was completely rectified? All the best David

Thanks Eddie, Yes we did have some errors with the controller, we are running 18A through it and the motor was reading that as an overload problem. The second controller we fitted to Eddies bikes had a "soft start" programe fitted which was unfortunately too "soft" and reduced the bikes...

Hi Andy, of course Flecc is absolutely correct, even though your battery would last for three days it causes far less stress to the battery to top up when possible, especially in the cold weather. You will of course also benefit from that "just charged" feel. All the best David
