    Brexit, for once some facts.

Are you sure...Ryanair has turned to the ECJ over its dispute of the fairness of the auction of the landing slots ex Air Berlin, because these slots are distributed European wide. This is why the airlines are so concerned about Theresa May's anti attitude to the ECJ,she will give in,just needs to...

Its obvious why Easy jet are doing it because they dont trust Theresa May to have set up a new 'open skies' agreement because of her intransigence over the ECJ. If they set up an Austrian business they can use the open skies agreement under the ECJ to fly anywhere in Europe from European...

Today,Theresa May said .....about the ECJ What is absolutely clear, when we leave the European Union we will be leaving the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice,” she said during a visit to Guildford in Surrey. “What we will be able to do is to make our own laws. So pleased we are all...

Today,David Davis said....about the ECJ. And any new dispute resolution mechanism created to adjudicate on post-Brexit rows between the UK and EU could be required to take account of, or even be bound by, the rulings of the Luxembourg-based court.

But what happens if we dont join EFTA. Ok,we dont join EFTA, you are a UK based airline who is arguing over landing rights in say Germany....very real at the moment with the collapse of Air Berlin? Who adjudicates on that one? KudosDave

Are you sure,I thought Australia was still on 200 watts power, there have been posters on here moaning about it. China doesnt use EN15194,they have an archaic standard based upon the Japanese standard,200 watts and max 12mph......not that the chinese abide by it,with 1000 watt DD motors...

Nope,Brexiters caused this mess....often on question time a typical agressive Brexiter has shouted 'we won,you lost, leave now'....they won, they can find the solution out of the mess...Remainers have a solution scrap Brexit today and ask the EU for 'forgiveness from our trespasses'. KudosDave

That's not going to work and you know it...a standard is agreed ok in one court but not in another, you are being silly on that one. I am already embroiled in an argument between a UK tester/UK trading standards and EU standards over a product (not e-bikes)....it looks like the UK trading...

1 and 2 are non starters...the Irish have already said that they dont want to leave the EU....remember 'were stupid but not that stupid'. Theresa May has already said that we are leaving the customs union, otherwise Fox cant go on a trade deal world shopping trip, she wouldnt do another U-turn...

Another U-turn by Theresa May...she absolutely said that one of her red lines was no jurisdiction by the ECJ,her position paper today reveals the following, apologies for the cut n paste.... Theresa May was today accused of a climbdown over the future sovereignty of British courts after a newly...

But are your government's views aligned with the EU...I havent seen any indication from the EU that they are going to accept anything other than a hard customs border between the north and south. As I have said previously they have worked hard to protect these anti dumping duties including...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

The ECJ is the governing court of the European open skies agreement....unless you only want to fly only in the UK we will all need its services to fly over European airspace and land at European airports...trust that explains why we need the ECJ. We could of course scrap flying and go everywhere...
