    New to e-bikes-looking for advice

It should last 50 hours before service easy, forks too. According to that guy in the video saneagle posted about cost of servicing an eMTB. You'd better get your bike booked in pronto (he's in Cumbria LOL). He'll be able to do that in his "Suspension Room".

    Wisper Wisper Bike rack cracked

Why can't a gusset be welded over the broken part of the rack? Clearly the lower pannier attachment point has been welded on. I'd be inclined to to the rack off and take it to a welding shop and ask their advice. Also, you might want to stop using the rack as the attachment point for your...

No, I didn't bid, he was accepting offers, so I put in an offer (like saneagle did on the last auction). He did not reply. But then again, I put my offer in not long before the auction ended, so maybe he did not have time to reply, dunno. Anyway...I prefer a large frame, 19 or 20 inches...

I put a cheeky bid in for that frame before the auction ended. Didn't hear anything back, just as well really, I didn't really fancy a 17 inch frame anyway (although there's always a way to make it work).

Replacing bearings in a square taper bottom bracket.

I love RJ the Bike Guy, he's my go to Youtuber for bike maintenance. I'm glad to see he's started posting again. I really should download all his videos and keep them in a folder on Google Drive in case he ever disappears from Youtube But I have to say, this particular video is a case of 'Can...

    Disc Sizes

Speaking from personal experience, it's hard to believe but it's true. I cut and shortened the hose on my Shimano MT200 rear brake. Reconnected the hose, pumped the lever, job done.

The New Brompton G Line Electric

Look at the length of that chuffing seatpost! How is this possible? Also, you should re-spray it in black.

They are wonderful pieces of machinery but the chainwheels are smaller than the first gear, which means they are designed for going up mountains (slowly) and then hurtling down them without pedalling and praying you don't end up smashed against a tree and spending three months in hospital...

My wife and granddaughter (who lives with us) get through about 3 tons of laundry per week. I do the laundry, I just could not cope with it without a tumble dryer. I only get the boiler serviced every few years. The parking fee gets me access to a wonderful country park where I walk the dog...

Wisper Wisper bike owners - how are your wheels & spokes looking?

Can't you just take a small, soft, brass brush to those nipples? Followed by a smear of silicone or something?

You lucky, lucky, b*******. I love a polished aluminium frame, me. A steal at 120. Fortune favours the brave as they say, meanwhile I've been sat here clutching my pearls worrying about spending a laughable 150. Oh well
