It's great that you've finally received your Vision! Have you both been out on it yet?
Best bet might be ebay? For odd or rare:

I am not Kendo Nagasakiii, but he has an identical bike to mine - Dahon Helio P8 (the old P8) with a 250w 36V Bafang BBS01b, which weighs just under 20kg with a 19.2ah battery. Coincidentally - Kendo is exactly my weight, having lost over 2.5 stones. Kendo Nagasakiii has no wish to become like...
Well, your budget has increased from your initial £150 to £200, push the boat out a little more and you have more chance of better quality branded cells, perhaps even genuine ones.
That listing: sixth picture down says height is 66mm, width 75mm, length 183mm. If the internal dimensions of your case are 260x115x 65 (the 65 was amended later by you to 67mm)... 1mm to spare, heightwise. Close. If it doesn't fit, I'd certainly take a file to the inside of the case until...
Taxes etc. etc. would have been paid by the importer, if it ships from the UK (looks like it does), delivery is not months away with extra charges.
You've got 180 days with Paypal to open a dispute. I've never been refused a refund from Paypal. I once got a refund after a year (that wasn't...
Wobbly pricing doesn't sound good... Inflated £500 within seconds. Do you want to spend that much anyway? It's hard to see what those are without model numbers. From what I've seen of Haibikes and other Bosch motored ebikes on these forums.. they do seem to be a right expensive pains to get...
Ebay sellers can be good, for instance the seller selling this, that you were looking at:
https://www.pedelecs.co.uk/forum/threads/replacement-36v-battery-for-a-giant-suede.40721/post-611945
...has a top rating. I've never had problems getting a refund from ebay.
Always look at seller...
Budsy - did you send me a PM? The website wouldn't let me reply. If you post a new thread asking about any bike you'd like information about, it'd be more noticeable, than hidden away on this one.
Social media: I received a question from a friend asking whether a spotting scope advertised on Facebook was any good - it wasn't - just some cheap horrible rubbish with an inadequate diffraction grating instead of a lens, rebadged and attached to a Spopify website featuring better photos of...
The trouble with social media posts, is that not a lot is verifiable: deals appear and disappear, rumours abound, there's no way of knowing how well those deals went for the buyer... it gets murky in that sense.
I have no idea how good that emu bike is - one of the experts might...
Report back on how you get on with your new ebike! Movement is good for arthritic joints, and your ebike will help facilitate that. That frame Chainring suggested:

...looks very good indeed.
The fact that my kit arrived with the throttle set at 17km/h, means it wasn't UK legal. I had to buy a programming cable to make it UK legal. And likely, so will the OP.
There's that charge of "Scaremongering" again.
My kit arrived with zero documentation. Something like the one below would have been useful:
