Hi I was wondering if anyone new of an alternative to ping's 36v LifePO4 battery charger?

Hi all, I have just purchased a 36v 20 A ping battery and the charger doesn't work?(no voltage coming out) I was wondering if any body could suggest a place where I could buy a reasonably priced alternative for this lifepo4 battery pack without damaging the battery.
