Are chargers all basically the same ? Would it be fair to say that as long as your charger gives enough power, it's the quality of the BMS that controls how well the battery is charged ?

Just completing a project on an old e-bike conversion that has a throttle only. The bike now has a front 350W BPM2, KU123 30amp controller, high-discharge battery & 810 LCD display. I want to ideally get rid of the throttle and convert it to pedelec only. Is it easy ?
