    I have taken images of the control outlet to each device, with the device shown. The throttle to control is cable colours do not match, but only 2 four wire receptacles, the display and the throttle, the display colours match.

    Thank you, that's answered the unknown. I did spin the front wheel whilst operating the throttle, no result.     There are 4 wires from this connection.Green,Black White Red. Meter reads Green to black 40.1v, Green to white 36.8v, green to red 3.3v, green positive.
