    Help! KT P and C settings (Swytch motor, 36v 10.6 battery , KT 15amp controller) L5 max 18kmh

The higher p1 figure to get the right cut off spd suggests the IGR of 6:1 quoted is not right and the figure lies some where between 8.3 - 9:1 , also is the 16 motor magnet can confirmed. P1 sound slike it will be 137 - 144 for that motor for 25km/h.

Yose 250w. rear hub motor with Lishui 350w. controller?

The current setting is little different to your Lishuie's , the current is set to max . Your 18a setting is 18a a KT 18a setting is 18a , the current setting can only be the max of the controller used. One can ony reduce the current setting and not increase it, only by fitting a higher rated...

Battery dies quickly, next stop scrappy ?

Crop kg is dependant on many factors , weather, forage nearby and the most contributing factor the beekeeper. One needs to manage and read the bees well, prevent swarming (and the loss of all those valuable foragers), increase the hive /brood laying size to make use of the extra 1000's of...

    Switching from swytch

It isn't the magnet disc that causes the issues, it is the sensor and the C1 setting being set correctly.

    Help! KT P and C settings (Swytch motor, 36v 10.6 battery , KT 15amp controller) L5 max 18kmh

The lightweight hub is said to be 6:1 ratio so do wonder if it is correct , original AKM 100's used ratio's between 8:6 - 12:6 so it may be that the ratio calc isn't correct.

    Help! KT P and C settings (Swytch motor, 36v 10.6 battery , KT 15amp controller) L5 max 18kmh

One expects P1 setting is wrong, try a higher value then 96 (suggest 100 to 132 ) until the speed cuts out at 25 kmh/15.5 mph ( varify with a gps) . Then reset the required spd limit in the basic settings. P1 is a calculation of the motor ratio of motor magnets x int gearing ratio. I once...

    Wisper Centre Stand Advice Please!

The plescher centre stand dosen't need a hole to be fitted. The stand it self sits across the bottom of the two frame stays and has a top bracket that sits over the top of frame stays and then bolts down into the bottom stand .

    Help! e-bike controller

Even if one was to find the led display , it would likely be cheaper to replace the controller box and display as a cheaper option. A KT set up would transform the bike from the crappy liekly a speed control system in use.

    Switching from swytch

It will all depend on the sensor type used , if switch change the sensor type then may be not.

Battery dies quickly, next stop scrappy ?

I think a lot people take up beekeeping for the wrong reasons, alot being about ecology and saving the bee nonsense common and typical with urban beekeepers. Beekeeping isn't for alot of people because they can't read the bees or what is actually occurring within the hive. Need this damn...

Yose 250w. rear hub motor with Lishui 350w. controller?

I think tbh Tony you are bias, we know you are a Lishui fan. Tbh there is only one setting with a KT that can really do any damage and that is C2 but if one changed it one would soon change it back after trying it very briefly. All the other settings are benign ones , they are dependant on the...

    My new favourite battery

Yes , as in the EAPC application . The directive is an EU one, but the UK makes it's own rules/laws up but thus far DVLA follow the EU directive. If one delves in to the EU directive regarding DC voltage , one will find the 75v max rating mentioned then a separate noting that states EAPC's...

    My new favourite battery

EU low voltage is indeed 75v for household battery products , however EAPC's aren't included in that 75v rating and have a max rating of 48v . One could argue 48v batteries are allowed as they are at the max nominal voltage.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance

A mosfet test will pin point if mosfets are the cause /issue as they tend to be the most common point of failure. Testing helps to save one wasting money they needn't have to spend.

Wisper Never used wisper. For sale

A fair price is what some one will wish to pay, ut if using Flecc's used price guidlines it will be 40% less then the price paid and minus the cost of a replacement battery as the battery may fail. One can't ask top £ for a bike when the battery has been sat idle for so long as one coul de...

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance

A controller mosfet test is carried out via the Phase wire bullet connections in your pic and doesn't need battery, It takes approx . 5 mins max to do the test. BlownMosfets.cdr (ebikes.ca)
