Thanks, Dekathlon's got sold in the meantime and the S-Pedelec registration would not be the problem. It doesn't have neither mirror nor lic. plate holder, but moreover in Serbia/Romania pedelecs are still not popular, so the law didn't catch up. I did want to go with PowerPack 400 with VSF model.
