    Programming BBS02 help needed

Yes they are Sanyo GA cells or at least thats what they are supposed to be inside the shrink wrap. This is the first pack I've had so can't compare it to anything else. Yesterday I deliberately tried to flatten it as quick as possible. Running on the thumb throttle only I rode it flat out with...

    Programming BBS02 help needed

Thanks for the replies turns out the dongle was faulty. I had a spare dongle from something else so cut the lead off the faulty one and resoldered to the spare and it worked straight away. I changed the parameters to what Fordulike posted in this thread...

    Programming BBS02 help needed

I've just finished fitting a 750W BBS02 to my mountain bike but when I tried it for the first time yesterday the pedal assist was next to none existant. When I start pedalling there is a massive push from the motor which nearly flips the bike but then it settles almost immediately to about 120W...

    BBS02 motor drag- normal?

    BBS02 motor drag- normal?

Even with the chain removed the drag is still there however it does seem less than it was before so maybe the ride round the block has bedded it in a bit. If I flick the pedals hard forwards they stop almost immediately but flicking them backwards with the same force they continue rotating for...

    BBS02 motor drag- normal?

I have just fitted a new BBS02 motor to my mtb but it seems to have a lot of motor drag when pedalling without the battery connected and can't see it being much fun if I ever let the battery run out. Can somebody please tell me if this is normal as this is my first ebike and I don't know...

    2004 S-Works Enduro/BBS02

Having got inspiration from Steves thread I decided to order a BBS02 to convert my Camber Comp 29er but I then noticed the S shaped down tube meant the motor would have to hang down vertically underneath the BB which is not ideal. So I changed track and started to look for an S-Works Enduro...
