    Fantastic, just managed to suss out the problem with the bike. The plug going up to the throttle had a bad connection on the blue wire, cut off the plug and soldered all the 7 wires and heat shrinked.     Hi Dave Still not sure were the single black wire should go from the 7 core flex?? Unsure were to go from here, do I need to connect the controller back up before I can check the motor, resistance readings on the 3 motor wires show short circuit or virtuall short?
