She’s up and about at 6.30 every morning .... we’ve had her for 2 weeks now ... I’m knackered !

25/7/18 .... 15 stone 2. Spanish holiday and a wedding week end have contributed to my first setback. I’m back in the saddle though so we’ll see. Acquiring this little girl has not helped either !

24/6/18 14 st 12 ... including a week away at a wedding ! Big test next month fortnight in Spain. I’ll be happy to stay at this weight. We’ll see.

Thankyou .... I’ve made a good start.Bit of a red wine setback yesterday when friends came round for lunch. Other than that all good so far and I am really enjoying getting out and about again.

Just a tad ! Been out this morning ( about 15 miles) bloody freezing. I need some better gloves and a balaclava type bit of kit.

Am I right in thinking re chargeable batteries are more efficient if they are recharged from a low level or was that the case years ago ?

May I also ask the same question about my Gtech battery .... should I run it right down or recharge it for example when there’s 40% left.
