Help! Hailong 1 battery mount replacement

TBK were pretty quick off the ball responding via email, in fact really good for AliEx/Chinese suppliers. Quite impressed. They directed me to the AliEx page for the item, which after a little working out, I ordered. It works out slightly cheaper than their website. I also ordered the 4 pin...

Help! Hailong 1 battery mount replacement

Cheers @saneagle! I can't see the controller for sale on BMS, but TBK have it. I'll double check it later but I'm pretty sure this is it. No accessories or cables necessary I think, just swap the internals of the case around and I should be good to go, assuming I've not screwed up my diagnosis!

Help! Hailong 1 battery mount replacement

Yeah pretty sure it's not the Lishui display. Hopefully they'll have some spares! If not, I guess the Lishui display won't be super expensive...

Help! Hailong 1 battery mount replacement

Wanted Wanted : Yosepower 36v, 350w, 26" Rear, Cassette Hub Motor (just motor or complete 26" wheel)

Weirdly enough this same thing happened to me yesterday (commented on your Yt video PC2017) - been running it on some gravel the last few weeks so could be some loose wiring. Gonna have a play around with all the fittings - see what Yosepower themselves think.

    PAS sensor (KT-V12L) install issues

So this is the PAS sensor in it's place. Tried the cable tie option but it was sitting in there so loosely that it didn't hold it in place. I may have made the fit a bit looser by pedaling against the sensor when there wasn't enough clearance and the PAS got a little damaged...

    PAS sensor (KT-V12L) install issues

Briefly spoke to Pete (I think) at Wooshbikes today and he recommended putting in a rubber washer between the PAS (or should I say POS) and the crank. Got some rubber sheeting at work so I'll give that a try cutting it out and mounting it.

    PAS sensor (KT-V12L) install issues

Folks - my first post here, so be gentle! I started a eBike conversion (Yosepower back wheel kit) about a month ago, and have learnt a considerable amount about bikes and ebikes in the ensuing afternoons working on this project. Finally, I'm a bit stumped about how to install the PAS sensor...
