    Wisper not charging

I've had the same problem and discovered that by twisting the charging lead anti clockwise it charges up. Must be something to do with the charging port but I've checked the connections and they all seem okay. James

I'm guessing battery has had it as controller only stays on for 1 second

A quick update for you: I palmed the problem off on to my cousin who is into electronics, electric bikes etc and he discovered that it was a dodgy ignition switch. If I jiggle the key about and hold it in a certain position I can get it to power up so I'm thinking of fitting some sort of switch in place of the ignition barrel. I have measured the voltage but it fluctuates a lot...

I'm guessing battery has had it as controller only stays on for 1 second

Tried it today and it immediately powered itself down when I turned it on. The battery charger says the battery is charged but...

    Newish ebiker with technical problem

Hello all, I'm James from Shropshire and have been enjoying using my Wisper 706 Alpino now and again for the past year or so but it has now stopped working. I'll post the details in the correct part of the forum in the hope that someone cleverer than me can advise. Thanks in advance, James
