So what makes the kit not 'right' for you Jerry? I was in contact with Jim of AlienOcean and he said that the new kit has a new Bafang motor, that was one of the reasons for the recent price hike. I was tempted for a while, but £470 is quite a lot (for me) especially if the experiment fails...
