Just installed a it controller and lcd3 . The battery only ever shows as 3 bars when charged and the onboard voltmeter shows 40.6v Is there an option to calibrate this within the lcd3 settings?

If I had a controller marketed as 36v250w and another at 36v350w, is there actually any difference if the ampage is the same ie 12amp output? As I understand it the wattage is a product of volts X amps, so in both instance 36x12 is actually 432w Or is there some other ingredient I am missing?

I'm wanting a replacement controller for my Dawes arc, which has LCD display and throttle connections. The current controller just fits inside the frame so I'm looking for a replacement that also fits in the frame. The dimensions are 90mm X 50mm X 30mm Anyone come across a controller this size?
