Sorry about be the state of the bike. Can probably reroute the gear cable and the rear light cable I can remove the outer cover to make it thinner.

Thanks for the reply Its got a Shimano Nexus 7 speed hub, the cable under the bottom bracket is the gear cable, there is also the cable for the rear light exists at the bottom of the hub. I also forgot to say that it has rear a coaster brakes as well as the V brake

Mrs B has a dutch style bike to which she would like to convert to an ebike. I have attached a few photos of the bike. Is it possible to fit a mid range motor on the shape of the frame? If so what would be a good kit to get good assistance over 30 to 40 miles.
