OK so trying to make sense of the manual you sent would I be right in assuming that C1 needs to be set to either 00,01 or 02 for the 8 pulse PAS that I have fitted and could you suggest default settings for the rest

I also note that the KT-V12L PAS states that you need to adjust the parameter to 6 or 7 but with the 8 pole PAS it makes no mention of adjusting parameters so I assumed it was just plug and play. Have you ever worked on a bike with one of these controllers ?

I will try to test the PAS, the controller should work with 8 pole PAS, so it may be faulty, its the only part I haven't changed why aren't there any instructions to adjust controller parameters only to adjust display parameters
