Tongsheng TSDZ2 review and build tips.

I'm not sure. It all seems to be working. I've had it over 16 months so not sure it constitutes new ..Took a while to get on with it. I've coiled up the excess and its neatly sat in a cut piece of inner tube and is under the screen. Looks quite neat I suppose

Tongsheng TSDZ2 review and build tips.

Hello. Thought I'd post my build too. Taken me forever to finish as I got a frozen shoulder landscaping my garden. Only thing I don't like is the ridiculously long cable between 850c down to the motor. As the cable out of the 850c is about 1m and the extension to the motor is another 1m. Is...

Help needed...TSDZ2 on Carrera Vengeance. M5 bolts too short.

Had fun and games getting in through my 73mm BB. Had to trim my cable guide and file the holding nut. Problem now is the bolts are too short to reach the unit? Is it just a matter of sourcing longer bolts?

Because I'll be using on a 5 mile round trip commute I've gone for a 48v 7ah Sony bottle battery. My bike when finished will look like this one https://www.eco-ebike.com/products/36v-7-0ah-water-bottle-battery

Fitted BBS01B to my Carrera Crossfire

Hi. I'm in the process of building similar but with a Tsdz2. I got lucky by setting up alerts for a Carrera on Gumtree and EBay. Bagged a Carrera Vengeance for £90. The bikes now ready and the motor has arrived but am waiting for the battery still. I'll post mine when I get back from my hols...

    Tongsheng TSDZ2 250w ... 36volt or 48volt?

Not dynamo but is lockable https://www.decathlon.co.uk/fl-520-front-lock-usb-id_8486893.html backlight available too. I actually prefer my removable lights but I guess it can be a pain to take them off and put in your bag/pockets when parked up

I've ordered too. My 2009 GT Avalanche really needs a service as the brake pads have nearly gone and the front wheels needs straightening. So I'm going to ask em to do the BB for me at the same time
