    SRam Sparc -> how does it work (technically, two motors ?)? how in practical use

    Hi Guys i've just bought second hand SRAM Sparc , i looked inside it and everything looks good, no physical damage and no burns, i've connected with 13.5 v power supply (polarity is correct) but no reaction, no led light on control panel. i tried to rotate the hub motor, but still no reaction...
